Random Protein Regions
Random Protein Regions replaces regions of a protein sequence with random residues. Random sequences can be used to evaluate the significance of sequence analysis results.

Paste the raw sequence or one or more FASTA sequences into the text area below. Input limit is 500,000,000 characters.

Enter the base positions or ranges of interest. Use ".." or "-" to represent a range, and use a comma to separate entries.
